4. Orders and Payment

All payment transactions on our website are processed securely by our authorised third-party payment processors. We do not store, transmit, or have access to your full payment card details at any time.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and other major credit/debit cards (processed via Stripe), as well as PayPal.   • Payment Processing: Credit and debit card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal Holdings, Inc. Capilux is not a party to those transactions and does not retain card data on its servers.
  • Charge Timing: Payment is charged in full at the time your order is submitted and confirmed.
  • Currency: All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your payment method is denominated in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply a foreign exchange conversion fee, for which Capilux bears no responsibility.
  • Taxes and Duties: Prices shown at checkout do not include import duties, customs fees, or value-added taxes (VAT) that may be levied by your country of import. These charges are the customer's sole responsibility.
  • Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse, hold, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where: (a) payment cannot be verified; (b) the order is suspected of fraud or unauthorised card use; (c) the customer has previously violated these Terms; or (d) the product is no longer available. If we cancel a paid order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Shipping

All orders are fulfilled from our international logistics partner and dispatched internationally. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Capilux shall not be liable for delays caused by international carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Any description of the product on our website is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a warranty.

Nothing in this clause shall affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited. If applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires a minimum implied warranty period, the duration of such implied warranty is limited to the minimum period permitted by that law.

IN ANY EVENT, OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products (a "Dispute") shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court.

  • Individual Basis: Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
  • Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring a Dispute in small claims court if it qualifies.
