Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of the Capilux Pro Therapy Cap. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price — no questions asked.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your return must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information;
  • You must provide proof of purchase (your order number or order confirmation email);
  • The device must be complete — including all accessories and components that came in the original package (charger, carrying case, instruction manual, if applicable);
  • Products returned with intentional damage or in a condition that suggests abuse may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

There is no requirement for the product to be in its original packaging, and you do not need to provide a reason for your return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email returns@capilux.com with your order number and the email address used to place the order.
  2. We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label (for U.S. orders).
  3. Securely pack the device and attach the prepaid label. Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 calendar days of receiving the RMA.
  4. We will send you a confirmation email once we receive and inspect the return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic U.S. returns: We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
  • International returns (if applicable): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any customs or import fees.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal).
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
  • Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact support@capilux.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.

Warranty Claims (Separate from 30-Day Return Policy)

If your device develops a defect after the 30-day return window, it may be covered under our 12-month limited manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims are processed separately — contact support@capilux.com with your order number and a description of the issue. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but not damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and promotional credits are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, intentional damage, or unauthorized modification.

FTC Mail Order Rule Notice

In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s Mail Order Rule, if your order cannot be shipped within the timeframe communicated at checkout, we will notify you and offer you the choice to cancel your order for a full refund or agree to a new delivery date.
