Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) from the time your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Free standard shipping applies to all U.S. orders with no minimum purchase required. Delivery timeframes begin when the package is handed to the carrier and do not include order processing time.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The carrier for your order is selected based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories where carrier service is available). We do not currently offer international shipping. We are working to expand our shipping coverage and will announce international availability when it becomes available.
FTC Mail Order Rule Compliance
In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s Mail Order Rule (16 CFR Part 435):
- We have a reasonable basis to expect that all orders will ship within the timeframes stated above;
- If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you by email with the delay and a revised expected ship date;
- Upon receiving a delay notice, you may choose to: (a) consent to the new ship date, or (b) cancel your order for a full refund. If you do not respond, we will treat your silence as consent to a single delay of up to 30 days. Beyond that, your explicit consent is required;
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after you receive the confirmation. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@capilux.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Damaged on arrival: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the damage before opening and contact us at support@capilux.com within 7 days of delivery. We will file a carrier claim and ship a replacement at no charge.
- Lost in transit: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your building’s mail area. If still not found, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@capilux.com — we may be able to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
